We may disclose your personal information to Government agencies and regulatory bodies as required by law.​ Additional consent, verbal or written will be obtained to liaise with 3rd parties such as:​ Other health care professionals involved in your care, service providers for the purpose of referrals and coordinating your care, billing companies, support coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, plan managers, or any other person or organisation with your consent. The presence of others in a therapy session gives implied consent for information sharing during a session unless you instruct us not to.

Storage of personal information:
We aim to keep your personal information secure and up to date. Any personal information that is collected by us will be held on Halaxy, health management system and any hard copies will be shredded. All record keeping and documentation of therapy and interactions are dealt with in accordance with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia code of conduct (2014).
